Steph! That second one is interesting to moi because I do a bliss thing where you go from the bliss you're in and expand it to visualisations of Edinburgh, Scotland, The British Isles, the blue planet... warp speed to the Milky Way, then lots of galaxies (kind of Hubble) then just white bliss. Then you reverse that. I got this from an Alexandra David-Neel book. So this is more or less the same. Good to see! Hotboy
ReplyDeleteSteph! Just noticed I'm on your blog hit list. That's awful nice and weird. Weird to see my real name even if it's not quite spelt right. Once they said the Macs were Scottish and the Mcs were Irish, but the difference isn't a difference since the buggers were all illiterate and couldn't spell!! HOtboy
